Lincoln House, the latest development in Swire Properties' TaiKoo Place commercial portfolio, was topped out today.
Due for completion in June 1998, the 23-storey Lincoln House in Island East will provide 285,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space featuring the latest in IT and telecommunications equipment, with raised flooring systems throughout.
For the technology-driven tenant, advanced telecommunications services such as video-conferencing, information transfer technologies including the worldwide web and other on-line information services, are essential.
