PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The Company is an investment holding company. Details of principal activities of the subsidiaries of the Company are set out in note 46 to the consolidated financial statements. SEGMENT INFORMATION An analysis of the Group’s revenue and segment information for the year ended 31 December 2019 is set out in note 5 to the consolidated financial statements. RESULTS AND DISTRIBUTIONS The Group’s results for the year ended 31 December 2019 are set out in the consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income on page 41 of this annual report. The Board recommends the payment of final dividend of RMB7 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2019. FINANCIAL SUMMARY A summary of the Group’s results, and of the assets and liabilities for the past five financial years are set out on page 160 of this annual report. PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT Details of movements in the property, plant and equipment of the Group during the year are set out in note 17 to the consolidated financial statements.
