72 Comprehensive Skills Training for Managers In order to enhance the competencies of the management team and stimulate innovative vitality within the team, The United Laboratories conducted a dedicated training session titled "MTP Comprehensive Skills Enhancement for Managers" in the Year. The training consisted of three segments: skills transmission, exchange and sharing, and experiential games. Participants learned about the qualities of effective managers, role awareness, mindset, and self-reflection theories. The attendees gained a deeper understanding and recognition of the work of middle-level managers, enhancing their confidence in facing challenges and improving their problem-solving abilities in future practical work. The comprehensive skills of the management team play a significant role in promoting the sustainable development of The United Laboratories.
