Corporate Communications Request

• Phoenix Media Investment (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") has adopted electronic dissemination of Corporate Communications (i.e. any document issued or to be issued by the Company for the information or action of holders of its securities). All future Corporate Communications will be available on the Company's corporate website and HKEXnews website in place of printed copies.


• On a periodic basis (at least once a year), the Company will send request (the "Request") to its shareholders for them to choose either of the following options:
  
  - to receive the Corporate Communications in electronic form; or
  
  - to receive the Corporate Communications in printed form (Note: if such option is selected, it shall be valid for one year starting from the date of receipt by the Company of your reply to the Request and will expire thereafter).
  
  If no reply to the Request is received from the relevant shareholder, such shareholder will be deemed to have consented to receive all future Corporate Communications in electronic form.


• For those shareholders who have selected the option to receive future Corporate Communications in electronic form in the reply to the Request but subsequently wish to receive printed copies or have difficulty accessing the Corporate Communications electronically, the Company will send the Corporate Communications in printed form to them at no cost.


• Shareholders may at any time change the means of receipt and language of all future Corporate Communications by giving written notice to the Company's Registrar.
