有關公司通訊的要求

• 鳳凰衛視投資(控股)有限公司(「本公司」) 已採用電子方式發佈公司通訊 (即本公司為向其證券持有人提供資訊或提醒其採取行動而發佈或將要發佈的任何文件) 。所有日後公司通訊將在本公司網站及披露易網站上提供，以代替印刷本。


• 本公司將定期(至少每年一次)向股東發出要求(「該要求」)以供彼等選擇以下其中一個選項：
  
  -以電子方式收取公司通訊；或
  
  -收取公司通訊印刷本(註: 若選擇此選項，由本公司收悉股東就該要求的回覆起計一年有效，此後將過期)。
  
  倘若沒有收到相關股東就該要求的回覆，則該等股東將被視為已同意以電子方式收取所有日後公司通訊。


• 若股東在該要求的回覆中已選擇以電子方式收取日後公司通訊，但隨後希望收取日後公司通訊印刷本或在使用電子方式閱覽公司通訊時遇到困難，本公司將免費向彼等發送公司通訊印刷本。


• 股東可於任何時候向本公司股份過戶登記處發出書面通知，以更改所有日後公司通訊的收取方式及語言版本。
